We have finally started using our text books! Students should expect to use
these books for homework from here out. If you haven't heard about our
Thriller Thursdays, please read below!
I'm excited to announce that Thursdays we have implemented an individualized
tutorial where students rotate to different stations. Students are working
at their own pace to master various math skills at each station. During
this time we have three additional helpers that come in and run each
station. All groups are made up of approximately 3-4 students. These small
groups allow us to spend more individualized time with each student. The
stations are as follows:
Station 1: Assessment with Ms. Joseph
Station 2: Tutoring with Ms. Vanderwege
Station 3: Phase 10 (math game) with class helper
Station 4: Multiplication station (math game) with Mr. Reynolds
**Stations 3 and 4 are subject to change as student math needs change.
Homework:
Monday: Integer worksheet
Tuesday: No School - Happy Veteran's Day!
Wednesday: Pg. 9 #12-15
Thursday: None
Friday: None
