Read, read, read!!! Continue to work on your Math Facts Flashcards! Record
all of your reading on your December Reading Calendar and return it to school
in January.

* Please have your child read any holiday story.
* Next, complete the “How I celebrate…” worksheet (attached) and return it to
school tomorrow.
* Read 20 minutes and record it on your December reading calendar.
Tuesday
* Please add these five words to your word ring (above)
* Then, use these five High Frequency Words in complete sentences underlining
the words in each sentence. Please have your child check to make sure they
used correct capitalization and punctuation.
* Read 20 minutes and record it on your December reading calendar.
Wednesday
*Please complete the problem solving worksheet.(attached) Be sure to write
about how you solved the problem in complete sentences.
* Read 20 minutes and record it on your December reading calendar.
Thursday
*Choose two activities from the December Activity Calendar. Then fill out
the back of the December Activity Calendar and return it to school tomorrow!!!
*Please choose an activity from the Spelling Activities Sheet to practice
your spelling words.
*Read 20 minutes and record it on your December reading calendar.
