I love teaching First Graders at Sycamore Canyon! It is a great school and I
can tell you this from the viewpoint of a teacher and a parent. My two
children attend our school too. I have taught preschool, kindergarten,
first, second, and fourth grades. I earned my Masters in Teaching degree
from Seattle Universty. I really enjoy teaching first grade
because I enjoy the enthusiasm of 5 and 6 and 7 year olds, and it is amazing
to see them learn so much in one school year. I especially want every
student to feel school is a safe place and to enjoy learning.
Our class mission is to learn, to like school, and to treat others the way
you want to be treated.
