About The Teacher
As I begin my sixth year at Sycamore Canyon Middle School I am excited to be teaching both Pre-Algebra and Algebra! Middle school is a time of tremendous growth academically and individually; I look forward to getting to know each of my students and watch them grow throughout the year. Born and raised in Camarillo, I attended Adolfo Camarillo High School (1999) and continued my education at California Lutheran University in Thousand Oaks(2002). I returned to Cal Lu where I completed my teaching credential (2003) and my Master's of Education(2006). I began my teaching career in Simi Valley where I taught for one year before joining the Sycamore Canyon Middle School team in 2004.

Mission
Teaching math to middle schoolers is truly my passion, my hope is that throughout the year you will "catch" some of my enthusiasm for the subject. Even though it is not the easiest subject there is ~ I will do whatever I can to assist you in achieving your goals this year! Do not be afraid to ask!! You can't get answers without asking those lingering questions!
