Nov. 9: Please write the spelling words for Units 1-20 two times each and copy
down the sentence shown with each word in your Spelling Book. Test on
these words.
Nov. 5: Easy True Stories: Read # 2 and # 3 and complete Exercises 3,
4, and 5 in each story and write a 3 sentence summary about the main ideas of
each story.
Nov. 4: Finish Spelling #18-23
Nov. 3: Write each of the Antonyms and Synonyms in a sentence. Study the
Antonyms and Synonyms for a test.
Oct. 29: Complete Spelling Units 13-18. Write complete answers for each
of the Exercises!
Oct. 27: Test on spelling words in Spelling Book: Units 7-11. Be able
to write a sentence with each of the words! Also a test on capitalization, end
marks, plurals of nouns, and "to be" verbs.
Oct. 26: Spelling book, Chapters 9 and 10.

Oct. 22: Theme book: Continue with pages begun in class: 49-70.
Oct. 21: Complete prior Homework due 10/20 and write out the vocabulary words

Sep. 25: Study Vocab words on pages 13 & 27 for a test. Also be able to write
each word in a sentence.
Sep. 17: Visions: Basic, Chapter B: Write each of the vocab words on
page 27 3x each and also write them in a sentence. Also finish the Theme
work through to page 33.
Sep. 16: Visions Basic: Write one sentence with each of the vocab words
on page 13. ALSO complete pages 16-29 in the Theme book. Write all
questions and answers.
