Mrs. Gerbosi - I was born in California, and have lived here all of my
life. I grew up in Dana Point, and completed my undergraduate degree at UCLA.
I earned my BA is Psychology there. I completed my teaching credential at
UCI.
I have taught third grade for eight years in Irvine. I am so excited to be
joining the Turtle Rock teaching community! I have been married for seven
years and have two young sons, ages 4 and 2. My husband is a middle school
teacher in CUSD. During my free time I love to read, run,do pilates, play on
the beach with my family, or go camping.
Mrs. Palmer - I was born in New York, and moved to California when I
was five years old. I graduated from Cal. State Fullerton with a BS Degree
in Child Development, and received my Multiple Subject Teaching Credential
from Fullerton as well. I have been teaching for 20 years. During those
years, I have taught 1st grade, 3rd grade, 4th grade and 5th grade. I have
been a Master Teacher, a Mentor Teacher, and I am GATE certified through
UCI. I am also trained in teaching AIMS (Activities Involving
Math and Science) and have taught classes to teachers in using Literature in
the classroom. I have been married for 20 years and have three children.
I love to read, scrapbook, take walks, visit new places, and go to
Disneyland.
