   - Turn in class notes and homework at the end of unit/topic
   - Due on Test days for that specific unit/topic
   - Pages must contain:
      * Proper VMS heading
      * Title
      * ALL class notes and ALL completed homework assignments
   - ALL work must be legible (easily readable)
   - Pages must be placed in chronological order (earliest to latest)
   - Pages must be stapled together
   - Late work will not be considered for Extra Credit
