CHEER!! The VCS cheer squad cheers through the first and second trimester of sports. It is considered physical education and is graded. We practice during school Thursday and Friday 1:50-3:10pm. There is after school practice on Thursday and it ends at 5:00pm. On game days the cheerleaders are required to be in their full uniform throughout the day to show school spirit and support the players. It is a tradition that they perform a dance at the Follies later in the year. Cheer is a sport!
