About The Teacher

This is my 5th year at Vintage and I absolutely love teaching here. When I 
was in kindergarten, I said I wanted to be a teacher or a pediatricial, and 
as you can see, I have decided that teaching was the way to go! I think 
education is one of the most important things, and that learning should never 
stop.

Mr. Dado and I have a three year old daughter named Giana, and a little baby 
named Xander. I also have a little pug puppy, Lila, and a bird named 
Sweetheart.  As hardas it is to admit, I really like watching reality TV.  My 
favorites are The Biggest Loser and a great episode of Survivor... Sometimes 
I wonder if I could ever "survive" out there, but then I think of eating 
yucky tad-poles and drinking dirty water, and I begin to appreciate being 
here in Oakley!

My favorite color is pink, and I love dragonflies and dolphins.  My favorite 
books are Beloved by Toni Morrison (I read it first in the 11th grade), and 
Angels & Demons. I also LOVE going to the movies.  If I had to pick a 
favorite food, it would probably have chicken in it, although I do like In-N-
Out cheeseburgers (plain, please.  Just meat, cheese and bun.  I know, I'm a 
bit strange.)  I also love Starbuck's peppermint white chocolate mochas and 
their black ice tea, extra sweet of course! Yum.
