Message from the Principal

As the principal of Vista View Middle School I want to personally welcome you. The staff at Vista View is committed to the success of each student. We believe that all students can achieve. We understand the importance of knowing each student by name and need, and the critical role that parents play in student success. We look forward to working with our families and the Vista View community to ensure that all our students continue to achieve.

As we look forward to the 2009-2010 school year, we hope to continue to build upon the many successes of the previous year. Vista View was named a California Distinguished School in 2009 and ranked among Orange County's "Best Middle Schools" by the Orange County Register. We are proud of these achievements and look forward to even greater successes in the 2009-2010 school year.

On behalf of the Vista View staff, I would like to wish our students and families a relaxing and fun-filled summer. We look forward to working with you in the 2009-2010 school year. Together, we can continue to provide an outstanding learning environment and meet the needs of all students. I look forward to another successful year!

NEWS & ANNOUNCEMENTS

Vista View Middle School has developed a proud reputation among students,
parents, and community earning the honor of being selected as a California Distinguished School in 1996, 2001, 2005, and 2009.
We encourage students to build upon this tradition of excellence to achieve their highest potential.

Our success is dependent upon parents and community working with the school
to improve the educational experience for students. The Vista View PTSO
works to support school programs through fundraising and volunteerism. For
more information regarding joining the PTSO please contact Janice Henning at

Community members can help support the school by partnering with the school
in a variety of ways. Please contact our principal, Robert Miller, for more
information. We look forward to working with you this year and developing
