*** Monday June 15 to 17 - Shorten Day Schedule ***
1st - 6th grade students dismissed at 12:55PM. All kindergarteners attend from 8:25 to 11:45.

Yearbook Signing Party, 1PM in the MUR. A limited number of yearbooks are still available for $25. First come basis.

Farewell Tea for Miss Bilskey, Miss Flores, Miss Kindig, Miss Sit, Miss Tapley, and Mrs Zwingman, 1PM in the Library. Everyone is invited to say goodbye.

Awards Ceremony for 4th to 6th grade - 8:45AM in MUR

6th Grade Promotion - 9AM in the MUR
Last day of school.
*** Friday, June 19, 2009 - Last day Weibel School office is open ***
Office reopens on Tuesday, August 25th. Families are directed to go to the FUSD district office.
*** Weibel Yearbook Update ***
Yearbooks will be delivered to students who have pre-ordered them on Monday, June 15.
The Weibel Yearbook publisher has made available 30 extra yearbooks. These yearbooks are available for sale on FIRST COME basis. If you would like to purchase the same, please send an email to weibelyb@gmail.com. We will send you a confirmation email and information on where to send $25 if you are among the first 30 requests.

The Weibel Student Council will be hosting a yearbook signing party from 1PM to 2PM in the MUR room.
*** Safety Patrol Volunteers Needed for 2009-2010 School Year ***
Join the Safety Patrol for next year!
Help make it SAFE and EASY for your children to be dropped off or picked up at Weibel. Volunteers are asked to help out about 30 minutes before or after school one week at a time during the school year.
Students going into 5th and 6th grade next year can participate and All Parents are welcome. Turn in
signups sheets to the front office as soon as possible to help prepare for next year. For More information, please contact

*** Box Tops for Education ***
Get your "Box Tops for Education" into the office ASAP. These box tops must be sent by the end of
the month for Weibel to receive cash. One school earned over $28,00 with Box Tops for Education.

**** Weibel Needs to Actively Engage the District ****
In the next coming year, it is believed that there will be many issues brought up about the future
of the district concerning school enrollment numbers and budgetary issues. For those parents who
want to become more actively involved with what is going on within the Fremont Unified School
District and how it will affect Weibel, please send an email to WEIBELPTO@GMAIL.COM.
