This is my 13th year in the district and my 8th year at Wilson Middle
School. I have credentials in both Physical Education and Biological
Sciences and taught both of these subjects at Glendale High School prior to
my appointment at Wilson. I am married and have two stepsons. My husband
teaches Health and Technical Theater at Glendale High School.
My goals for this class are two-fold: 1) teach students that they have the
power to make good choices and 2) instill in them the confidence to
succeed. My class is more than running and sports; it is a learning place
for personal, emotional, and interpersonal development. Here, students will
need to think, respond, question, and interact with materials and fellow
classmates. To achieve these goals, it will be my high priority to give
each child my respect and individual attention.
