What if I am TARDY to class?
Wilson Middle School has a policy on tardiness:
2 tardies = S in citizenship
3 tardies = N in citizenship
4 tardies = U in citizenship
· After the 3rd tardy, you will be warned that it is your 3rd tardy.
· After the 4th tardy, 30 minutes of detention will be assigned for each tardy.
· Serving detention DOES NOT erase your tardy from the record.

Am I allowed to chew GUM in class?
Wilson Middle School has a policy on gum. Gum is not permitted at any time on the campus. Students will earn a “U” in citizenship (per school policy) on the third violation. ATS can be assigned for further violations. Please DO NOT make gum an issue.

How will my GRADE be determined?
Grades will be done on a cumulative point basis. Points will be given for each assignment and will be tallied and the end of each grading period. (See below the “Definition of Grades”)
92% and above = A
82% - 91% = B
72% - 81% = C
62% - 71% = D
61% and below = F
You may check your progress at any time with the teacher.
