HEALTHY RECIPE CONTEST WINNER
Orange Fish
Servings:
Approx. 4-6
Ingredients:
4-6 Tilapia Filets
½ cup orange juice
¼ cup honey
¼ cup soy
2tsp brown sugar
½ cup mandarin oranges per serving
1 tbs chopped chives
Instructions:
Stir orange juice, soy, brown sugar in medium bowl. Dip thawed Tilapia in marinade. Take large skillet and preheat on medium. Add Tilapia cook 3-4 minutes each side until fish is white and flaky. Then place on plate with rice or pasta of your choice. After take and place mandarin oranges on top of fish. Walla! Orange Fish!
