I am so excited to be your child’s teacher this year! This is my 9th year
teaching, and sixth year here at Calhan. My husband Chris and I celebrated
our 8th anniversary in December, the same month our little boy
Teague turned two. Our daughter Presley arrived September 20, so I have been
home with her and Teague most of the first semester. I will be back in the
classroom in January 2010. We cheer on the C U Buffaloes, the Broncos
and the Rockies. We love traveling and taking pictures, so scrapbooking is a
must for me. I love to write, and in addition to editing, I have a regular
column called Random Acts in the Country Register. I love to read, paint, and
play, so kindergarten is the perfect job for me. It never feels like “work”!
I strive to be the teacher that I want my own children to spend each day
with. I love working with children and helping them reach their full
potential. Thank you for sharing your children with me each day!
