Hello,

Welcome to Calhan home of the Calhan Bulldogs!  Calhan High is proud of each 
and every member of the student body, staff, and community. We believe that 
by demonstrating courage, accountability, persistance, and respect our 
students will have pride in all they do.

In these unceartin times education is evolving.  Colorado has established new 
priorities for students.  Students need many skills as they enter their post-
secondary lives.  Creativity, Communication, and Collaboration have already 
been identified as key skills for student success.

Students are busy in their classes, teachers busy putting the action plans 
developed throught the Strategic Planning Process to work, and the community 
is supporting the school- it is an exciting time to be a Bulldog!

On behalf of my staff and myself I would like encourage the community to join 
us in our pursuit of excellence.  We value your input.  Many oppurtunities 
for volunteers exist.
