I don't speak Spanish/French! How can I help my child with homework?

Ask your child to show you their class notebook. Turn to the section,
TEXTBOOK NOTES. There should be current notes from our textbook chapter.
Ask the word in the English column, have your child say/spell it in Spanish
or French.

How can I see how my child is doing in Spanish/French class?

I do not keep graded papers! All quiz papers and class worksheets are
graded, recorded on IC and returned to the students, usually within one week.
Each student is required to keep a Spanish or French notebook. One section
of the notebook is labeled, "RETURNED/CORRECTED PAPERS". Students keep
returned papers for each chapter until we complete the chapter, then we do a
notebook clean-out and students take all papers home to keep. Parents, look
in the returned paper section for all graded papers! And be sure to contact
me with your questions and concerns.
