Seventh Grade Supply List

Welcome to Seventh Grade IPM!  Listed below you will find everything 
you need for the start of the school year.  Listed on the back is a 
Summer Reading List.  Have a good summer, and come prepared with 
materials and reading completed for a great year!

General Materials for core classes:

•	A 3-ring binder (1 inch size) for each subject:
o	Language A (Language Arts)
o	Humanities
o	Language B (Foreign Language)
o	Science

•	A composition book for Mathematics.
•	Plenty of loose leaf paper and folders or pocket dividers 
for the different sections within each binder.  (We recommend color 
coding:  get a different colored binder for each different subject!)
•	A different-colored folder for each of your 5 core subjects 
(you can make them match your binders if you like).

•	Writing Utensils to bring to each class, EVERY DAY:
o	Blue and Black Pens 
o	Red Pens - required in class daily
o	Pencils - mechanical pencils with extra lead and #2 pencils
o	Highlighters – pink, yellow, green, and blue
o	Colored Pencils – minimum of 10 different colors

•	Other Supplies:
	mini stapler			
	glue stick
	scissors
	scotch tape
	white out

•	Fees:
$12 check (payable to Hamilton Middle School) or cash, due the first 
week of school or during summer registration, for the following 
classes:
o	$3.00 Science lab fee 
o	$5.00 Humanities Student Workbook fee 
o	$1.00 Foreign Language materials fee (music purchases; 
readers; magazines; realia)
o	$1.00 Language Arts materials fee
o	$2.00 Math materials fee
