What's the Big Idea here? Students will understand that all of life is interconnected.

The first part of your task is to thoroughly research and study your biome. You need to know about the vegetation, animal life, climate and weather, and anything that effects your biome.

Part 2 of your task is to ask yourself this essential question:

If all of the life forms in this biome are connected and interact, what effects on the biome occur when man is introduced?

Remember that introducing any new life form into an existing biome will cause changes to occur. They are sometimes good changes, and sometimes bad changes. Your final presentation must not only address your biome completely, it must also address this essential question, and the power of man to effect the planet.
