Please see the packet your student should have brought home on Monday. It will be due back by Friday. If for some reason that packet is lost, you can do one of the following activities each night with the list in your planner, instead, and turn them in on Friday. --Write your words 3 times each. --Put your words into ABC order. --Write your words forward, backward, forward. (hello olleh hello) --Make rainbow words using three different colors. --Use each word in a sentence, underlining the word. --Draw a picture of each word, labeling each picture.Back to Top

How is Spelling done in Third Grade?
Lists will be given on Mondays, and tests will be given on Fridays. Please help your child study these words and learn them by the end of the week! We will work on them each day in class, but they always need a little extra work at home too! Spelling homework is specifically assigned each night Mon-Thurs. On short weeks we will test on Thursday. :-)Back to Top
