Principal's Message

We are approaching one of the most anticipated events of the school year - our annual Homecoming celebration. This time of year is particularly exciting for our freshmen students who will participate for the first time. There will be a variety of activities planned for our student body by the students in the Leadership class. We hope that every student will take part in some way, or simply contribute to the spirit of the week by attending one of the home athletic events. The Homecoming Dance at the high school on Saturday night is largley attended and is probably the most fun dance of the school year. As a parent, memories of your high school Homecoming may be pleasant, exciting, or vague. We hope that you will share new memories of this event with your high school student. The Homecoming Parade downtown on Friday afternoon is really a community event and we invite everyone to wear their Sailor Red and come out to see our marching band and the floats made by the classes. So mark your calendars now and watch for more details of our Homecoming events the week of October 5-10.
