ATTENTION STUDENTS:
-PARENT-TEACHER CONFERENCES – will be Wednesday and Thursday of this week.
-NO SCHOOL – on Thursday the 12th and Friday the 13th. Enjoy your time off!
-STUDENT COUNCIL – has a meeting this Wednesday, November 11th at 7:30 am in Mrs. Bohmer’s class. Students who are running for Executive Board should be prepared to give their speech at the Wednesday meeting.
-GIFT BASKET FUNDRAISER – We posted signs by the Cafeteria to measure which grade has brought in the most items. Who will win the Ice Cream party?!
-BOYS BASKETBALL – We have a game on Tuesday at home at 4:30. Come and support the team!
-CULTURE CLUB – Do you want to make music after school on Wednesday? Well, come to the Culture Club! We will be making didgeridoos and learning about the Aborginal people of Australia. Get your permission form in the Counseling office and sign up by Tuesday!
-COMMUNITY SERVICE – Volunteer hours have been updated and are posted on the bulletin board as of November 2nd. Also, we have a great volunteer opportunity. On November 26th, we are looking for helpers for the Community Thanksgiving Dinner. Stop by the office for details.
-WYLDLIFE – is scheduled for Thursday, November 12th. Stop by the office for more details.
-COSTA RICA TRIP! – There will be a parent information meeting on today at 6:00 in Mr. Wilson’s room.
-BOYS AND GIRLS CLUB! – This Club is opening up a “Middle School Activity Room” and they need your help to paint it up cool! Wednesday, November 11th at 3:45-5:45 there will be a pizza and painting party! Don’t forget to get a bus slip signed by your parents to come to this fun event!
-HIP-HOP CLASS! –Classes start today after school 3:34-4:45 and will meet in the Cafeteria!
-COOL POOL PENTATHLON! – Over the Parent-Teacher Conference break, you are invited to participate in this event at the Old Town Hot Springs! Register at the pool by today!
-FLICK & FLOAT – Next Friday, November 13th the Old Town Hot Springs has their last swim and movie event. Sign up at the pool and have a great time!
