Enrollment

If you have a child to enroll at SSMS, please call Margi Briggs-Casson, 
Counselor, at 970-871-3587 to make an appointment to register and 
tour the school.  Usually, the child's first day will be the day after 
registration so that a schedule can be created.



Bring to the enrollment appointment:  

Transcript or last report card
                                                                     
Immunization Record
                                                                      
Birth Certificate
                                                                     
Address of former school
                                                                      
Special Education Records I.E.P. (if Applicable)
