This is my second year teaching at Soda Creek Elementary. I am originally from Northwest Indiana and moved to Steamboat in 2005. I taught for 2 1/2 years there after obtaining my B.S. at Indiana State University (where I played soccer). I love summer, being in water, playing sports, and dancing!

I am celebrating my fifteenth year teaching at Soda Creek Elementary. It is my twenty-second year teaching with experience in Florida, Texas, and Nevada teaching grades K-5 and special education. My favorite grade continues to be third grade. I love teaching children and discovering new things along with them. For fun I love going to Bronco games, concerts, playing tennis, and traveling.

This is my second year teaching third grade at Soda Creek. Previously I taught first grade at South Routt Elementary. I grew up in Minnesota and went to college at the University of Vermont. I love to ski, golf, and play hockey.

I have been teaching third grade at Soda Creek Elementary for eight years. My teaching career started in Douglas County School District where I taught a second/third grade combination class and fourth grade. I feel fortunate to raise my family in Steamboat where I grew up. In my free time I enjoy playing volleyball, skiing, being outdoors, and traveling.
