About The Teacher
Hello, my name is Christy Flack. I have been a teacher for 16 years; four at Montbello High School and four at Littleton High School. This is my 8th year at Legacy. I have also spent two years of my life running Bed & Breakfasts in Colorado and Connecticut. I have two famous people in my family (ask me sometime) and I am a 5th generation Colorado native. My favorite animal is the moose and my favorite color is black. I spend a lot of my free time preparing student simulations because I believe in making learning valuable and fun. I tend to be a bit off the wall sometimes and I always try to identify with my students through music, tv and movies.

In all my classes I have three key missions: 1. To learn how to learn - these include basic skills needed to continue education 2. To understand the content in a variety of ways through explanation, application, evaluation and interpretation 3. To have a good time (happy students are engaged students - engaged students learn better)
