Book by a single author

Author(last name, first name).  Title of book (underlined). City of 
Publication: Publisher, date of publication.
Example:
Boorstein, Daniel.The Americans. New York: Random, 1973.

A signed  encyclopedia article

Author (last name, first name). "Article title". Name of 					
	encyclopedia(underlined). ed.

Example:

Tobias, Richard C. "Thurber, James". Encyclopedia 					
Americana. 1980 ed.

An unsigned article in a reference book

"Title of Article". Title of Book(underlined). edition.

Example:

"Connecticut". World Book Encyclopedia. 13th ed.1983-84.
Computer Software

Title of Software(underlined). Computer software(write actual words).  
Publisher, date, format.

Example:

The Ultimate Human Body. Computer software. Dorling Kindersley Multimedia, 
1995. Macintosh CD ROM, disk.


Internet Sources

Author last name, first name.  "Title of Item". (Online)
	Available http:/----------, date of document or download. (If no author is 
given, start with the title of the document).
