SALMON
Salmon eggs will arrive in January.
This is a program trying to restore Atlantic Salmon to the Connecticut River.
We will
raise 200 salmon eggs until they reach the parr stage sometime in May. At
that point,
we will release them into the Farmington River in Riverton.
READING
Reading workshop: students will read individual books at their level. They
well have peer and teacher conferences.
MATH
Currently we are working on fractions!
WRITING
We will continue practicing and perfecting our expository writing.
SOCIAL STUDIES
We are studying Immigration.
SCIENCE
We are currently finishing our Ecology unit.
