How
the PTA Helps our children
The
purpose of the National PTA is to:
*Promote the welfare of children and youth
in home, school, community, and place of worship
*Raise the standards of home life
*Develop between educators and the general
public such united efforts as will secure for all children and youth the
highest advantages in physical, mental, social, and spiritual education.
*Secure adequate laws for the care and
protection of children and youth
*Bring into closer relation the home and
the school, that parents and teachers may cooperate intelligently in the
education of children and youth

Financial Support
The PTA provides financial support to Calf
Pen Meadow in many ways. Through various fundraising
efforts the PTA is able to purchase items for our school. Please visit our
site often to learn more about how our PTA raises funds for the school.
The PTA provides CPM with additional funds
for school programs such as offsetting the cost of class trips, classroom
activities and the Cultural Enrichment programs.
