I received my undergraduate degree in elementary education and went on to
get my master's degree and certification in special education. Currently, I
am working on my doctorate in psychology with an emphasis on autism and
behavioral intervention strategies. I have been a 7th and 8th grade special
education teacher in the Canton School System for the past 22 years.
Every student possess the ability to be something great, it is my job to help
them find out what that is and to help them reach their full potential.
Class Descriptions:
Academic Skills: To improve basic skills in reading, writing, and math. To
learn basic geography skills and current events.
Math 7: 7th grade curriculum moving at a slightly slower pace than the other
classes. Students will be given the same material as all of the other 7th
graders.
Resource Room: To support academic classes, work on organizational skills,
and to improve study skills.
