In class Friday use all notes from readings and powerpoints to PLAN on 
essay.The planned essay is to be in outline form and include essential topics 
and support statements that you need to include to carefully provide a broad 
response to the statement.The plan is due Monday.In class on Monday we will 
finish the powerpoint and finish your outline for the response.

Cause and Effect 
Access the validity of this statement:

The formation of alliances in Europe before World War I and developing 
Imperialism were certainly cause enough for the start of war.
The  development and use of  Weapons of mass destruction that were  used in 
WWI and the  German decision to use unrestricted submarine warfare were 
collectively essential reasons for stalemate in this war.
The victorious nations decision to impose unreasonable reparations on Germany 
were justified.

Extensive outline is To be handed in Monday December 14
