Students have the entire marking period to make-up missing assignments and 
get full credit for them.

Are surprise tests and quizzes given?

No!!! I do not believe in them.  All tests and quizzes are announced. Total 
class reviews occur on the days before tests and quizzes.  I am here to help 
students succeed.  I do not believe in trickery.
