I am entering my fourteenth year of teaching music in Naugatuck, all of
which has been Cross Street School. I have also taught at Salem, Maple Hill
and Hop Brook. I was also one of the percussion instructors for our high
school marching band & percussion ensemble for many years.
I completed my undergraduate and graduate work in music education at Central
Connecticut State University.
I am not only a teacher but a wife and mom. My husband and I have one
daughter. I love playing the piano,
reading, scrapbooking and many other arts and crafts. My favorite place to
visit is Disney World. (You are never too old!!!)
My mission for all of my students is to experience many styles and types of
music and to begin to appreciate all the gifts that music can give us.
