How are students identified for the TAG Program?
Students identified for TAG are in the top 5% of the total Trumbull Public Schools population for that grade level. These students demonstrate exemplary ability in creativity and facility of ideas, intellectual curiosity, motivation, task commitment, independence and responsibility. An Identification Team or Planning and Placement Team reviews the data from standardized test scores, which include OLSAT and CMT, and teacher rating scales, to determine if a student is eligible to participate in the TAG Program.Back to Top
