Students are required to have a notebook, preferably 3-ring binder, 
for this class.  Five subject notebooks are discouraged unless the 
student is using it solely for math.  They also are required to have 
a pencil for taking tests and quizzes.  A calculator should be 
purchased for use in class and at home.  The Geometry classes will 
need a scientific calculator for trigonometry.  All students are 
expected to bring their text, notebook, homework and a writing 
utensil every day to class unless I previously told them otherwise.
