TRIP SCHEDULE.
We depart at 2:45 PM
from HMS (Back entrance) at return
at 9 PM to HMS (Front entrance).
Certified Ski helmets and goggles are
REQUIRED to be worn by all skiers and snowboarders. If you do not have
your helmet and goggles you will not be able to board the bus to attend the
Ski trip that evening. NO Exceptions!
POSTPONMENTS. Ski Club
volunteers will contact you either Wednesday or Thursday morning. Please
don't not call the office. If
school has been canceled or dismissed early, the ski trip will be postponed.
If there is a delayed opening, the trip will still be happening unless you are
notified (again, by our ski club ) of the decision not to go.
CHECKLIST. Remember! HELMETS
and GOGGLES are required. Here's a quick list for you: ski pants (not jeans),
wInter/thermal socks, jackets, sweaters, hats, tissues, lip balm, hand
warmers. Don' forget to pack a snack from home or bring some $$ to purchase
food at the ski lodge.
VOLUNTEERS. Parent
Volunteers are needed to run this club. We need you so the club will not be
disbanded. Please consider volunteering your time to this great club and you
don't necessarily need to be at the slopes. Call Mark Lofthouse at 877-7974 or email
Mark if you would like more information.
