What time does
school start and end?
The
Harborside
Middle School day starts at 8:00 AM. If your child gets to the school anytime
after that, he/she will be marked as tardy. If your child is tardy, you need
to write a note and the secretary in the office will give him/her a note to
get into class. School ends at 2:30 PM.

What do you do
if you child is absent?
Please
call the school to let us know if your child is or will be absent. When your
son/daughter returns to school, you must send in a note explaining the
absence. It is necessary for parents or guardians to notify the school by
writing a note if your son/daughter has been absent.

How much does
hot lunch cost?
Hot
lunch costs $2.00.
Prepayment
bonus: Deposit $80.00 and receive 4 extra lunches (total value $88.00)

When are P.T.A.
meetings?
PTA
meetings are held on the second Tuesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. in the
Media Center. Visit the PTA page for additional information.

How can I
volunteer at Harborside?
Volunteers are
always welcome at Harborside. You may contact the PTA for a list of all
upcoming events where volunteers are needed. If you are interested in
volunteering in the Media Center, contact Mrs. Doyle directly at 783-3592 or
