SCHEDULING INSTRUCTIONS
1) Click on the following link to Pick A Time (our conference scheduler)
2) Use your personal e-mail address as your login in and choose a personal password – then click “Login/Create Account”
3) Fill in the requested (*) information

4) After you have logged in you will have a new window where you will see a box similar to the one shown below
Student ID type in first name last name NO SPACE (i.e. johnsmith). Refer to the enclosed progress report and use the spelling exactly as shown under
“To the Parent/Guardian of:”
Student’s birthday mm/dd/yyyy
Then click the Add button
PLEASE NOTE: you will only need to enter this information the first time you visit Pick A Time. When you return to check, edit or print your appointments, Pick A Time will remember your relationship.
5) You will then be brought to another window with the dates of the conferences. Select a date, and you will be brought to a new window. If you only have one child to schedule conferences for, please go to step 7. If you have more than one child to schedule go to step 6.
6) To add one or more children, you will see the Student ID and Student's birthday box to the right of the schedule of the first child. Enter all of the information of the second child as mentioned in step 4. You will then have both of your children’s schedules and a list of teachers on the screen.
7) To schedule an appointment, please click on the time slot you would like to schedule your conference for in the color column that corresponds to the teacher you would like to see – each of your child’s teachers is identified by a different color.
NOTE: White blocks are unavailable
8) You will be brought to a new page
Click Create Appointment, and you will be returned to the scheduling page. You will find that the slot has turned black for the appointment you scheduled. Continue this process to schedule appointments with teachers you would like to meet with.
9) When you have scheduled all of your conferences, please use the Printable Schedule link at the top right to print your schedule. You are expected to bring your schedule with you on the day(s) of your conferences. We do not provide printed schedules.
10) Should you need to change or cancel your appointment(s), click on the link marked Your Schedule at the top left of the page and make the appropriate changes.

12) Remember to bring your child and your schedule with you on the day of your conference.
