Dear Families,
April Showers bring May Flowers! We are welcoming Spring and we are
learning all about the farm. We will be visiting the Stamford Nature Center
to see the baby farm animals. Please feel free to share a special book about
the farm with our classes.
Visit the library and read a good book! Count pennies for math and ask
your child to tell you a number story. For example, Johnny has 3 apples and
Linda has 2 apples. How many apples do they have all together? Also, do
subtraction number stories.
You are wonderful parents and together we can help our children reach
their full potential. Always ask that one challenging question about the
story you are reading. You will be surprised! Thank you for your patience
and support.
