Parents/guardians please note: progress reports will be sent home Monday (change from original date). Please keep in mind that this is a snapshot of your child's progress at this moment. Grades may vary depending on the material assessed, and the trimester grade on the report card can change significantly from the progress report grade. Please ask your child about recent quiz/test scores, and consult the parent portal.
For the first trimester, your child's progress report will have a "Conference requested" or "Conference not necessary" comment for each class. This is to let you know if your child's teacher has a concern about his/her performance. If I do not have any concerns and feel a conference is not necessary, but you would still like to meet, you are welcome to book a conference with me. Simply call the guidance office to schedule an appointment on the days reserved for grade 6 calls (10/26 or 10/27). I am also available throughout the year for phone calls or meetings as needed.
