The children are settling right in and doing an awesome job. They are getting
familiar with routines, materials, and rules. We are practicing directions
and reviewing the continents and oceans. We will soon move to states of
matter in science. We are reviewing addition and subtraction and
strengthening these skills in order to teach multiplication in months to
come. We will review printing and get right into cursive. Please check
agendas and folders in each night to ensure homework and important papers are
being taken care of.
