Dear Families,

 We had a busy week last week learning about different holidays around the world. One of our favorite activities was learning to play dreidel.

Monday -  Gym - Please remember to send rest towels back to school today. We will work on our Weekend News.
 
Tuesday - Music - This morning we will enjoy a holiday concert in the gym. It will be hosted by the students from the West Shore Middle School. Today we will share the story The Polar Express. We will enjoy a special holiday treat and craft in the afternoon.

Wednesday - Art - Today is an early dismissal day. This marks the beginning of our Holiday Recess.  In the morning, we will have a sing-a-long in the gym.

Friday - Holiday Recess

Season's Greetings ~ I wish everyone a very happy and safe holiday. I'll see everyone on January 4, 2010!!!

A few holiday songs we have been working on include:
Dreidel, Christmas Cookies, Ten Little Reindeer, Jolly Old Saint Nicholas and Jingle Bells.
