A Message from the Principal
Dear Parents and Guardians:
It’s been an eventful and productive school year at Jonathan Law High School; and there’s no busier month than May! If you were to wear a school administrator’s hat, the extended wet/stormy weather pattern is viewed as a good thing—our students remain focused and engaged in school, even the seniors!
The other side of me wishes the sun would come out/stay out and warmer weather would be the norm—but that’s typically the time when senioritis sets in and our customers become distracted!
It’s hard to have it both ways! Regardless, the Class of 2012 has been outstanding in their acts and character—a really nice group of young women and men!
As shared with our seniors, their 8th and final semester will come to an end quickly, ending with an impressive commencement ceremony for the Class of 2012 on June 19th.
We’ll share related graduation details in the May newsletter, as well as other news, and there will be one last newsletter in June to wrap up the year!
Enjoy the flowers, sunshine and green that May brings us and Happy Mother’s Day to all the moms who work so hard!
Sincerely,
Fran Thompson
