Many, many thanks to all of the family members who attended Friday's
Math Mingle, Munch. I was so pleased with how many were able to attend. The
thing I enjoyed the most was watching the simple joy on your child's face as
they taught you the games, laughed with you and had your undivided attention.
It means so much to them and to me that you are actively involved with their
education. You make Stark a community and I'm very glad to be part of it!
Next week, we will focus on "explaining a text's appeal" and identifying with
characters. We will complete our unit on exploring wind and weather. Don't
forget...we have no school on Wednesday, Nov. 11th.
