Welcome to my homepage. I'm thrilled that you took the time to check it out. 
Let me begin by telling you a little about myself. 
I have been teaching in the Milford Public Schools for the last 19 years. Most of those years have been in grade one. In the past, I have also taught transitional and second grade. For the 2009-2010 school year, I decided to venture into the 5th grade and loved it. With last year's switch to K-2 and 3-5 came a tough decision. In the end, my love for Live Oaks was the basis for my decision to return to the primary grades. 
Second graders are energetic and have a genuine desire to learn all that they can. They are inquisitive and curious to find out all they can about the subjects before them. I want this curiosity to take them through a life long learning adventure.
I look forward to working with you to help your child become all that he/she can be!
