Hello! This is my 11th year teaching here in Naugatuck. It is my 8th year
teaching first grade. I also taught reading at Cross Street, 5th grade at
Central Avenue, and 1st and 3rd grades at Western School. I love teaching
first grade here at Maple Hill!
I moved to Naugatuck when I was in 5th grade. I began attending Hop Brook
School and later Hillside Middle School and Naugatuck High School. I have a
Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education, a Bachelor of Arts in English,
and a Master's Degree in Reading.
My mission is to provide a safe, positive and nurturing classroom
environment where all children can learn. I also strive to communicate with
parents so that we can work together as a team to help each individual child
acheive academic success.
