Connecticut state law mandates that children who enter a Connecticut school must have a current physical. If you are moving in from another Connecticut school, there usually is no problem. For anyone coming from out of state, the most recent physical must have happened within the year prior to entry to Meadowside. Please be sure that all immunizations are up to date.
