Mrs. Comfort is pleased to be part of the Middlesex Middle School
Science Department. She will be available every morning for questions or
extra help starting at 7:20 or after school by appointment. Mrs. Comfort can
be reached through voice mail at Middlesex and will return calls at the end
of each school day. I look forward to an exciting and rewarding year working
with the eighth grade Tan team!!
Students will explore 3 main units of study. They include Astronomy, Motion,
Forces and Energy, and lastly Electricity and Magnetism. There will also be a
strong emphasis on laboratory and experimentation skills. Students will end
the year with an independent science project that will tie all of this
together.
