Each team must submit a folder that has your team name and logo on the front, a clean display-quality copy of your logo inside, a team group photo, 1 bio from each team member, a sketch/photo of your team costume, and a Contest Entry Form for your team.




FLUGTAG AGREEMENTS:

  1. We agree to meet regularly as a group. I will be in attendance and prompt for each and every group meeting. Should an emergency arise that prevents me from attending a group meeting, I will notify my group members immediately.
  2. In the event that I am unable to attend a meeting, I will make it my personal responsibility to get any and all notes/information from my group.
  3. Under any and all circumstances, I will get what work I am allotted to do, done and turned in on time.
  4.  If I am unable to make it to school on the date a group assignment is due, I will call my group members to make other arrangements to get my work turned in on time.
  5. The time and place of group meetings shall be agreed upon unanimously within our group.
  6.  Group work shall be divided in a way that is mutually agreeable to the group.  If a unanimous decision cannot be reached, a vote shall be taken, or a method such as drawing ballots or rock-paper-scissors shall be sued to divide up certain tasks.  I agree to abide by the group decision.
  7. I will do my share of the group work, there will never be an occasion where one group member does all of the work nor will there be a time when a group member does none of the work.
  8. Each member will agree on each group assignment before it is turned in. In circumstances where agreement is not automatic, each member shall defend their assignment to the group. If no agreement can be reached, a vote will be taken on which result to submit.
  9. I will communicate with my fellow group members about any concerns I have about our group work.
  10. I agree to amend this contract if such amendment becomes necessary, as agreed upon by the group.
  11. In the event of a breach of contract, I will discuss the issues with my group and attempt to come up with a mutually satisfying solution before alerting the teacher.
  12. I understand that once the teacher has been notified, breach of contract will result in verbal reprimand on the first two instances, followed by teacher intervention including possible reorganization of the group.
  13. I certify that I have thoroughly read this contract and that I will abide by it. I am signing this contract at my own free will, and have initialed each of the above statements because I agree with it, and am willing to adhere to each clause.
