Health

Always be sure to get plenty of rest (at least 8 hours of sleep) and to eat 3 
meals a day (breakfast is SO important!).  Your body really needs the energy 
from rest and nutrition in order to be able to be successful in school.  You 
will also feel better and it will help you to feel prepared for each day's 
demands.
