Thursday 9/8/11 - Writing about 1 page - discuss what you think makes a good colony or a bad colony. Think about these things: Whap plans should be made for a successful colony? What types of people would you want in your colony and why? What should the goals of a colony be? What would make a colony fail? Friday 9/9/11 - No Homework - Enjoy your weekend!! Monday 9/12/11 - Finish reading and taking active notes on the Roanoke Colony information. When you're done, use the notes to answer the questions on the worksheet.
